Ayeyarwaddy Delta

This is an excellent experience of a lifetime along the gracious Ayeyarwaddy delta. Generations of poets and travel writers have been awed by the delta's magnificence and beauty. The visit at the cities as of Twente, Ma-U-Bin and Myaung Mya are situated on the mouth of the Ayeyarwaddy is a relaxing way to capture the "The real Burma".

Pathein (Bassein)

Situated in the delta of Ayeyarwaddy River, Pathein is the most important port for trade in the delta region. The region is the heart of Myanmar's paddy cultivation. Pathein is a peaceful little town with a scenic waterfront, many Chinese and Burmese temples and Pathein umbrella workshops. The colorful hand-made umbrellas made in Pathein are famous as one can see that mostly in upper Myanmar are also manufactured here. Other interesting sightseeing points include the night bazzar, religions monuments, pagodas and temples, some beautifully set out of turn in a nature environment.
